Looking pretty in pink, the Penelope Dress is an A-line dress with an inner polyester layer and an outer layer of tulle adorned with heart-shaped sparkles. Held up by adjustable spaghetti straps and puffy off-the-shoulder short sleeves, the sweetheart bodice extends to the waistline, at which the skirt flares out and extends down past the knees.
