• Charm Necklaces are 18 inch chain with 2inch extender
• The product images are a preview, and the actual products may differ from the images. The color of the actual product may differ due to the display of your device screen

Shipping locations

We ship worldwide with the following exceptions:

  • We do not ship to Russia, North Korea, Switzerland due to local shipping restrictions

Please note that international shipments may take longer to arrive than domestic & USA shipments

How soon will I get my Order?

We will do our best to fulfill your order and ship it as soon as possible. Some orders may go out as quickly as the next day when ready. Pre-order items are subject to an estimate 3+ month processing and fulfillment time line after sales close.

Return & Exchanges

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 14 days of the delivered date to receive a refund or replacement. We allow the exchange/refund of purchased items for selected variants for 14 days of receiving the item. Once the exchange/return request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you. Please contact us via support/contact page.

Purchasing additional in-stock items

Please understand that purchasing in-stock items with pre-ordered items in a single order will only be shipped after all items are ready for shipment.

Orders may be altered until the sales period has ended. Once the sales period has ended all orders may not be edited or cancelled.
