Shipping locations

We ship worldwide with the following exceptions:

 • Japan and Belarus, Crimea and occupied regions of Ukraine, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, Syria,
Xinjiang Province of China, and any other restricted countries or regions imposed from the Office of Foreign Assets Control,

 • Switzerland due to local shipping restrictions

It can also be stored in a plastic zip lock bag made of Mylar or polyethylene. How soon will I get my Order?

We will do our best to fulfill your order and ship it as soon as possible. Some orders may go out as quickly as the next day when ready. Pre-order items are subject to an estimate 3+ month processing and fulfillment time line after sales close.

Purchasing additional in-stock items

Please understand that purchasing in-stock items with pre-ordered items in a single order will only be shipped after all items are ready for shipment.

Return & Exchanges

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 14 days of the delivered date to receive a refund or replacement. We allow the exchange/refund of purchased items for selected variants for 14 days of receiving the item. Once the exchange/return request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you. Please contact us via support/contact page.

Order cancellation

Orders may be altered until the sales period has ended. Once the sales period has ended all orders may not be edited or cancelled.
