Feel the sunshine warm your skin on this bright and sunny day. The Evelyn Shimmer Dress is a high-low dress with an inner polyester layer and an outer layer of tulle adorned with circular sparkles. Held up by adjustable spaghetti straps, the sweetheart bodice extends to the waistline, at which the skirt flares out and extends down in romantic layered waves.
