01.Exclusions?

The following will be excluded from the boxes: Bougie items, Collaboration items i.e (Puella magi Madoka, FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST BROTHERHOOD), Purses, Backpacks, Giftcards, Jewelry Boxes and Travel Cases.

02. How long will it take to ship?

Due to the complexity of organizing the boxes additional packaging time is needed, we estimate an additional 1-2+ weeks on top of our regular packing times.

03. Will this piece be included?

All pieces currently on the store will have a chance to show up in your box, depending on your box (exclusions apply). Additionally a limited number of sold-out and discontinued designs will make their way into the mix.
