Our jewelry is very maintainable, but to keep your jewelry looking its best, follow our recommendations below.
Do's:
Store jewelry separately to avoid scratching
Wipe away dirt and oil buildup with a soft cloth - preferably a microfiber, or jewelry cloth. Dirt and oil buildup will temporarily darken the appearance of the jewelry unless cleaned properly.
Dont's:
Avoid direct contact with chemicals (lotions, perfumes, ETC) as both will contribute to fading. Do not sleep in delicate necklaces
Due to the busy season we will not necessarily accept request for combined shipping of orders. You can however let us know in the cart page with the note sections you are planning to make another purchase later and we may wait to combine the order at a later time. We do not guarantee all request this way will be honored. Orders of large quantity may not be combined.
Can I combine more than one order for a larger discount?
No, discounts are determined at time of purchase. Some items may be low on stock and are purchased as first come first server. We encourage you to be first to your desired items incase they are sold out.
How soon will I get my Order?
We will do our best to fulfill your order and ship it as soon as possible. Some orders may go out as quickly as the next day. However please allow us 1-2 weeks to fulfill your order before inquiring due to the busy season. You may reach out to let us know of any urgent orders but we cannot guarantee their fulfilment faster than others.
How do I return?
The following items cannot be returned: • Gift cards • Certain Discounted items • If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 14 days of the delivered date to receive a refund or replacement
What items are returnable?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Within 14 days of recieving the item. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you. Please contact us via support/contact page.
