Looking pretty in pink, the Penelope Dress is an A-line dress with an inner polyester layer and an outer layer of tulle adorned with heart-shaped sparkles. Held up by adjustable spaghetti straps and puffy off-the-shoulder short sleeves, the sweetheart bodice extends to the waistline, at which the skirt flares out and extends down past the knees.

Our dresses are eligible for exchanges and returns if the outer 360 ID tag is NOT removed and within 30 days of delivery. For further information, please refer to our Return Policy.
