Why are you doing pre-orders?
We'd love to have all these items readily available for you but the up front cost to make all these pieces and variants is very high. Pre-orders will also allow us to make more designs and options!
Can I get a pre-order and regular stock item together?
Pre-order items will be considered separate from regular stock items and cannot be combined in your order. Please reach out to us for further information.
How long does it take to ship?
Once we get your order we'll start working as soon as we can! The estimated time can vary depending on the pieces. Please allow 8-12 weeksfor a shipping confirmation. As we continue to improve, this wait time may be far less!
Can I add a jewelry box to my pre-order?
