COVID-19 Shipping Update

At Bisoulovely, we are committed to the health and well-being of our customers and employees. We are following all recommended safety protocols, and processing your orders in a timely manner.

 

The Covid-19 Pandemic has created an enormous increase in package volume for all couriers. We have experienced these delays firsthand both as consumers and as a business and understand how frustrating they can be. The requirement of physical distancing in addition to higher absenteeism due to the pandemic has led to significant backlogs at courier companies. 

Currently the situation stands as followed. Our shipping costs and time for products and material to be received at Bisoulovely have increased. Bisoulovely is working to ensure customer shipping cost remain at same rate. Multiple orders may be bulk shipped to couriers as we work to maintain customer shipping cost.

As shipping carriers continue to adjust to the shifts in their industry, customers may see delays once your order leaves our hands. For time sensitive orders, please allow 1-2 weeks days of additional shipping time to account for the impact on delivery drivers. Due to these circumstances Bisoulovely cannot guarantee delivery by any certain date.

On the bright side, we have noticed some orders are delivered within 2-7 days once they fulfilled and received by our couriers. Bisoulovely is working hard on the back end to shrink the time gap between orders placed and orders delivered.
